Concrete EFX will help you discover a group of high strength, polymer re-enforced, engineered concrete products designed to replicate the natural look of slate, stone travertine and granite with incredible realism. A virtual rainbow of colors are available in both water-based and solvent-based systems with sealers that enhance and protect your surface. Concrete EFX also has an extensive selection of Garage Floor coatings including Colorflake products to beautify your garage, basement or other work area where a durable and long lasting epoxy floor is needed..
At the time of your installation, you will learn that surface preparation is just one of the keys to a long lasting installation. You will also learn that resurfacing and restoration of existing surfaces is very cost effective way to beautiful existing concrete surfaces without the cost of demolition, with savings of up to 50% .
There is nothing quite like a high performance epoxy coating applied to garages, basements, laundry rooms, show rooms, work shops or and any other concrete floors. First, the space is prepared and we apply a self-leveling high solids epoxy with uva and uvb screens. The cross links (strength) of the epoxies are very strong and can last for decades. After the primer is applied we roll a thick base coat which can receive decorative chips. Although not necessary, it does hide the cracks and uneven/rough spots extremely well. The final stage is a thick coat of silicone aliphatic polyurethane which creates an extremely durable floor. These floors do not need to be resealed.
